Here is what to expect at the ARTE Y PASION AMPHITHEATER.
• Location to be disclosed upon purchase of tickets. Seating is extremely limited and location is private.
• This is an outdoor production: Think Shakespeare in the Park meets Flamenco.
• Bring a lawn chair, picnic, blankets, cooler. Dress in layers for the elements.
• Rain location is located indoors onsite.
• Social Hour is 7pm, curtain is 7:30pm.
• Your own special space to set up your blanket and picnic
• Access to Sangria and some refreshments to supplement your picnic.
• COVID protocols.
Arte y Pasión, led by dancer and artistic director, Tamara Adira, is a company known for pushing the boundaries of flamenco and Spanish dance, and one of the most contemporary flamenco companies in the United States, whose mission is to share, promote and develop the authentic art of flamenco as a vehicle of healing and restoration, and the promotion of human rights and equality. While the company is comprised of flamenco dance, guitar and flamenco singing, Arte y Pasión is known for having weaved into its artistic vocabulary disciplines such as modern dance, spoken word, fine and performance art to tell a story more fully. The company engages regularly with acclaimed flamenco artists from Spain, France and around the world, via mentorship and co-performance, exploring artistic evolution and specific subject matter to elevate the purity of flamenco to an electrifying theatrical event.
